Well, I wouldn’t say he’s dead. Recall then when his horn was chopped off, it turned into a dark crystal. Looking at how he exploded, it seems likely he’s made of dark drystal. My theory is that as long as the dark crystal came from his horn, it carries his soul with it.
…has it occurred to anyone else that sombra’s the only villain that’s possibly died so far? NMM reformed, discord was imprisoned in stone, chrysalis was flung away…and then sombra was blown to bits.
