Those were expecting the scene of pinkie pie using confetti and explosives to blow up the dock at camp everfree when the blast and or shock-wave lifted flutter-shy’s skirt when the reactions also could have made pinkie pie relieve herself and before rarity fainted she could have wet her shorts.

I know it makes no sense, but I didn’t know what other scenes I could edit.
This scene might make a bit more sense. Fluttershy just can’t keep her panties to herself.
The first time must be the off screen scream. The second time is right after, demonstrated in this gif right above. It’s even worse now that more people are in the building. The third time is with the dock.

When Pinkie (being the chaotic little bundle of destructive joy that she was) blew up the dock they had worked so hard on, there’s was silence all around. None could speak; none could move. It was just too tragic. All of their hard work, up in smoke. Just. Like. That.
Most speechless of all was Rarity. She had worked her fingers to the bone for this, and now it was ashes! And those ashes were all over her now rumpled and ruined raiments! The whole ordeal made her long for her fainting couch.
But there was something else, too. Dear Fluttershy to her left, shocked as she was, still hadn’t noticed what Pinkie’s pyrotechnics had done to her skirt. The poor dear was flashing her underwear to the whole lake, and she didn’t even realize it!
She needed immediate help from a heroic fashionista in purple! One who could help her fellow friends out of their embarrassing predicaments and back to their dignity! One who could help them clean up those horrendous hairdos! One who would… who would really like the world to stop spinning right about now…
The last thing Rarity did before consciousness fled her was to attempt to adjust Fluttershy’s skirt by tugging down the hem. However, to a barely conscious mind, the difference between a ‘tug’ and a ‘death grip’ is muddy at best.
The first Fluttershy learned of any issues with her wardrobe was when her skirt hit her ankles. It was followed shortly thereafter by her panties.
The entire lake was informed by the ensuing scream.
