If it helps, Vegeta and Shimmer have allot in common so her using one of his attacks makes allot of sense, so at least the mix up works really well,

i can see your point, it was an artistic choice i thought it played off the red of the kaioken quite nicely and seemed more interesting to me then just slapping a basic blue kamehameha down and calling it a day

Final Shine is always done one handed and is Green, it makes infinitely more sense than a randomly one handed Kamehameha that is also tinted green,

Well no its possible to do a kamehamaha one handed, hell they can do it with there feet to.
