This is my OC named Final Draft, and he’s a writer, but he also suffers from Dissociative Identity Disorder, which introduces his red-eyed serious and more analytical personality, Ink & Quill (IQ). IQ is Final’s editor, and thus Final Draft is his own editor.

I do apologize for using the name Graphite Dust without checking to see if the name was taken. After reading your conversation with my buddy down below, I’m glad that there’s no real quarrel regarding the name. My only regret, however is the fact that my profile can’t have the name changed, because I don’t want to be downvoted just for having named myself/my OC a name that’s been used before without even knowing it has. I need to ask you though, for the sake of my OC, in regards to the name, it’s alright if I use it, but should I credit you for the name? I ask because I don’t know how fair usage of OC names works, really.

As someone who has created a bunch of characters and helped friends to do so I always make sure im not using someone else’s name by checking the tags on derpi first. If there’s someone using the same name before I came up with it then i’ll respect the oc’s owner and go back to square one and brainstorm another name. Im not really that annoyed by him or you choosing that name to be fair it sounds fairly generic and i was surprised no one had used it before me, im annoyed that there seemed to be no questioning wether the name was free or not. I just want to avoid confussion, dont take me as some sort of entitled ass because of that.
especially because most of the pics featuring my oc are nsfw and hella gay

Don’t take this on him for saying that his Oc name is Graphite’s Dust… It doesn’t matter if his is the same as one of yours, there are a lot of pics out of Derpibooru who has the same oc name but different ponies… I gave him the name and I never heard of you nor I never heard the name Graphite’s Dust before. I’m sorry, but I just gave him what popped up into my mind to describe his character
