I dunno, Black Hat destroyed a planet in one episode. He seems to be some kind of supernatural, ancient, eldritch horror, and he claims to be as old as Aku. The only one there I think would be an immediate threat is Ben Tennyson on of Alien X. I don’t think Batman has anti-c’thulhu spawn spray on him at all times.
 
Those other characters probably arne’t much of a threat, assuming Jack’s sword doesn’t work on him because he is not Aku. If it has the same effect on him as it does Aku he’d probably have to flee. Why do you think Courage is a threat to him?

I think she’s staring at the kid next to Blue but I don’t know why. I don’t really know anything about that character.
 
Alternatively, she could just be staring off into blank space, like down at her shoes, thinking about one of the singers.
