It’s a puzzle. The numbers by each row and column indicate the number of consecutive squares of the indicated color. The idea is to use logic to create the hidden picture.
Okay, I see a lot of numbered squares that are green, but zero green squares within the puzzle space. Plus, looking at the blue and yellow numbered squares, and comparing them to what is in the puzzle area, they do not match up in any logical way that I can see.
