this is a light-up tempest figure. You press her storm king cutie mark and her horn will light up. Just look up “light up tempest shadow” online.

Yeah but you need a digital scan of the toy box art and not a photograph, as it will undoubtedly look imperfect when you make a vector. I’ve been searching for a while ever since I first saw it while I was doing inventory replenishment at Toys R Us, I have not found the digital artwork of it; Only photos taken by private sellers
