There’s actually one “Youtube criminal” (it’s a Pop Team Epic thing) who has done a series of videos in which he explains the various references that appear in each episode. That would definitely help you understand a good number of jokes that appear in the series.
I tried watching a couple episodes but I got the impression I was missing a lot of jokes due to not speaking fluent nihongo and the subtitles not being enough to cover that. Is there anything in this series for a dirty baka gaijin like myself to take from this?
it it: you knew this fan art was coming after this week’s Pop Team Epic (with me expecting this voice actor pairing at some point due to the last few weeks featuring the female side being voiced by seiyuus from “idol anime” titles, with AJ and Pinke’s Japanese voice actresses being the perfect Love Live reps for this series).
