Searched “Arthur Dent” and came across this. Can’t find him anywhere. I expect he’s in his dressing gown walking along with a two headed man of cheerful disposition and a man from a small planet somewhere in the vicinity of Betelgeuse.
This is a perfect example of why you want characters to be unique and identifiable. Even if it’s only 20 pixels tall and lost in a crowd, I was still able to spot the Gundam immediately. right behind Calvin and Hobbes

It’s basically a “find the character” puzzle, similar to Where’s Waldo. The objective is basically to either find all of the specific characters, or at least find the ones that you care about finding. It’s a game, that’s all.
Rainbow Dash is not in this picture. She’s not on the ref list of characters (on the artists website). It is most likely a mean joke to waste folks’ time.
