What stops them from trying from using hands to take off anti magic horn ring again?

The malicious Queen Chrysalis finally has made her promise of vicious vengeance true and now Starlight and Trixie are chained, depowered, helpless and completely at her mercy.
 
Now Chrysalis will have her horrible revenge by tickling, teasing and taunting these two unfortunate mares for many days.
 
There will be no mercy, no break and no relent no matter how much they plead and beg for pity.
 
To add insult to injury and to torment them even further the heartless and cruel Chrysalis changes her appearance variantly into Twilight and the other Mane Six while gleefully humiliating and abasing her victims.
 
Chrysalis thoroughly enjoys to pay her hated nemesis Starlight and her friend back and relishes in avenging her defeat.
 
Poor miserable Starlight and Trixie can hardly endure theit abasement and try not to lose their sanity.
 
They can only try to stick their unbearable torture out by emboldening each other and pray that Twilight and her friends will somehow find and save them.
