No need to apologize really. It’s quite the opposite for someone like me because it’s rare to find someone with your quality of work and talent that makes quality art in the macro category. I honestly look forward to every pic of yours both macro and non-macro but of course the size-variety is really what I and many others find incredibly fun; especially with your take on the category as a whole! Needless to say I know macro isn’t a thing for everybody but I can assure you there are a TON of people, myself included, who adore it and the quality images you put out there.

Hey, thanks bud. Means a lot! Ol’ Patreon has fallen by the wayside lately, it’s true. So many months go by without offering payment because I don’t have anything worthy to post and I doubt anyone there wants nonsense like this showing up!

It isn’t about appealing to a fetish or anything like that (since even his suggestive art isn’t really all that suggestive), it’s his style I like. I can’t just find another artist who does what he does, as no one draws quite like he does.
Just a little disheartened since I used to be a big fan and patron of his, and now don’t even pay attention to most of his posts anymore.
But if he chooses to stay on that path, it’s all good. Isn’t my place to get in the way or demand he make a change.

My 2 cents are this:
There is a thousand artists that draw S tier lewd pony without any specific fetish, but there is only one NCMares. Instead of trying to make NC appeal to you, find someone else who does. There’s bound to be something.

100% agree with you here, but it’s hard for lots of people to resist their fetishes though. NC isn’t trying to appeal to absolutely everyone.

Same. He’s one of the best in the fandom when it comes to the characters themselves, but the macro stuff is just weird to me.
Went from waiting on the edge of my seat for every post of his, to mostly ignoring them unless I could clearly see it wasn’t macro from the thumbnail.
I’m not trying to be rude, hurtful, or anything like that as I still have a ton of his older art in my wallpaper rotation, but I can’t really enjoy a lot of his newer stuff because of how pervasive giant ponies is in them.
An alternate background, even a minimalist one (or even just a transparent background so I can make my own in Gimp, if he doesn’t have/can’t justify the time) would be cool. But I’m not pledged to his Patreon anymore or anything like that, so this is merely a suggestion and I wholly don’t expect anything from it.

I love how Raps draws ponies but hate the giantism and the backgrounds, so I tend to cut them out of all his pictures. I just wished he would make alternate versions.
