It’d be better to go by actual evidence in-show, even if it’s not exact, rather than something that has zero correlation like real life time.
We know that 1 year ed between S01E01 and S04E01, and there’s been 4 separate winters in in the show thus far, so the best guess for time ing would probably be 3-4 years.

I honestly don’t think there is any accurate measure on how many days have ed in all seasons combined (though I’m willing to find out if someone has that info). There is a rough estimate, but unless the creators specify how much time has gone by, I will stick with how long the show has been around for.
That’s 730 feet every year, or 222.5 meters. Now, assuming she has done this every night since the show came out on October 10, 2010, this means she has moved AJ’s house 5,860 feet, or 1.78 kilometers.

It’s only been a few years in-unverse. Season 5 is a year after the end of S1/early season 2 since we see the Gala and Nightmare Night again.
