But as a school a whole, I don’t think just underage or teenagers can apply for a scholarship. Plenty of ‘Teen/adult’ ponies are seen around the academy.
It’s also not really fair to call all of them children, Gallus specifically. But as I understand it, the group itself is very different in age, as opposed to the mane six who began the series (S1) all of the same age as at least 20 years old adults (according to Lauren Faust who stated them to be in their early 20’s once). Shy once mentioned once she is a year older than pinky, so she was 21 perhaps, same as rarity? By season the end of season 7 at least 3-4 years have ed so they should be around 23-25.
