Short description -
This is a part of an story that I’m doing. Its set in futuristic highschool where everything is automated and done by machines. Including punishment. Fluttershy got caught again for smuggling animals into school. While she was in the school’s hallway The machine system caught her red handed. Mechanical hands grabbed her and suspended her mid air. A screen came in front of her listing her repeated offences. And calculate her proper punishment for is. After that it placed her on this bench then strapped her in. and spanked her accordingly right in front of everyone. but it’s normal occasion and every student just got used to that idea and don’t pay much attention to it.

that face design is a well known techniques used from 80s anime (look at Ranma or Dragon ball). it wasn’t that bad till it was Redubbed as “CalArt”. and it was overly used in American Cartoons.
School’s discipline machines just establishing how strict things are going to be by showing that even poor Fluttershy is considered too much of a little hellion
At least you’re not making it worse at the end, imagine placing a ginger covered dildo up her ass before replacing the underwear and then giving her a temporary lock so she can’t remove it straight away.
