Here’s my guess as to what happened here: fluttershy encountered a powerful magic artifact that granted her wish for love, but it granted it by rewriting reality so that all of her friends were male and always were male. So now she is the only one who re how reality originally was and all her friends are wondering why they never noticed how Fluttershy was so attractive before
