Flutter shy is multi city block level plus. Rarity is country level. And rainbow dash is country level and is ftl and with her sonic rainboom is mftl. Also the elements of harmony blast is a universe plus level attack

I agree, but I think would happen is that the Toas will begin at their “Mata” forms and will turn into the Toa Nuva if the fight gets intense enough.
