Kind of unrelated, but I;m looking at my images and see a few “marked as dupe”. Anyway to remove/hide those? I get it, I made a dupe; they’re a little annoying.
Serious point though: aside from the code derps (which are mostly down to FEATURES FEATURES FEATURES maybe a day spent tidying up FEATURES FEATURES), our main issue in of stability is server resources. We make no money because we don’t run ads from a network so we can’t afford to run redundant infrastructure. Everything is targeted at data integrity (it would take a lot to fully kill the site to the point we couldn’t restore it) because we can manage that, and redundancy in components, but we’re inherently limited by the fact our boxes live in one datacenter and there’s only two of them and both are needed for the site to work. shrug
Yeaah, especially when I’m bored or looking to clop. I swear, people are always like “this site’s way more stable than Ponibooru was” but I see DB’s stupid derp-ass screen more often than I did PB’s.
