I’m glad that even though I don’t draw Canon DBZ since AGES, I still got it!
For the event, I decided to make something very…special.
We all know that the New DBZ OAV, Battle of Gods, will play in theatres in a month!…And as a good DBZ fan I can’t wait!
However, I read a news that gave me…well, mixed feelings.
It seems that there will be A NEW Super Saiyan level: The Super Saiyan God, or Supa Saiya-jin Goddo!
Mmm, yes…As if Goku wasn’t Mary Sue enough! I smell DragonBall AF fanservice overload. U_U
Part of me is plain curious to see this new form, and hopefully a good explanation…the rest of me has a craving for sweet murder deep inside!
Don’t get me wrong, I like Goku, it’s just that he can’t be the Mary Sue of the situation every-friggin’-time!
There are plenty of nice and cooler solutions if you ask me: Krillin is listing a pair of them right in this strip!
Well, here’s my personal vision of the Super Saiyan God look…Parody Style!

But when Akria came back with Battle of Gods and Dragonball Super the Dragonball series went down the toilet. Dragonball Super ACTUALLY looked EVEN WORSE than Dragonball GT. No, I’m not lying about that. Super really does look even worse than GT and that’s just sad.

And the Super Saiyan God forms looked like a fusion of False Super Saiyan and the Kaio-ken with hot pink hair color (ew, gay!) and the second one looked like Super Saiyan 1 with light blue hair color. Really Akria? Is that seriously the best you can come up with for the Super Saiyan God by using hair recolors for both forms? I’m disappointed. Super Saiyan 4 might as well be the TRUE Super Saiyan God.
The ssj god has its logic is simply a change of aura (Ki God), so it is only another color
the SSJ4 Wears cleavage and has eye shadow (eww gay)
Akria should quit making Dragonball right now. He’s already ruined the series with Dragonball Super. Dragonball, Dragonball Z and Dragonball GT were all good tv series. But Dragonball Super looked like total crap. The animation is a lot weaker in Super than in all three of the Dragonball tv series put together. Even GT looked better than Super.
