I don’t know how e-hentai operates, but I don’t think they make much of a profit (if any, god knows we don’t) as to class this as a commercial use of another’s work. And beyond that, well, credit and a disclaimer of “artist does not explicitly endorse us” would be nice, but hardly worth going to trial over in a case of porn site vs porn fan art. (IANYL)
