Actually a reference to the 16 Colors you’re limited to when you first install Windows 3.11 or Windows 95. But we had the Color Upgraded on my Old Computer back then.

Is the Windows 3.x color palette a reference to the autumn leaves wallpaper that came with it? The colors are so similar.
