There are artists on dA who will draw pony commissions for as little as $5. Not sure if you can get exactly what you’re looking for, but simple, cheap, well-done commissions do exist.

Yeah, $50 is ~the money I can buy a month’s food from.
Also, do these artist live from the money they get for pics? :O That’s news, I thought they did commissions to get more than from their job or to get paid for something they enjoyed doing.

Well, yeah, but most people I saw doing commissions ask for so much money, the only way to save up for that would be not eating for a month or something…
I believe there are certain places such as fimchan where you could request for such things. Perhaps some artists that take request during their streams, but I can’t any so you’ll have to do some searching.
If all else fails, save up your pennies for a commission. This way the priority of the artist is to get it done the way you want it. Would probably be better and faster than just some request.

“Headlight Sparkle” led to mostly the same stuff my original search yielded, with a ton of additional humanized pics.

You can get custom artwork done as cheap as free but it depends on the quality of the artwork you want.
I can draw “thinner” to. :P

Some artists will ask for 50. They gotta eat too, so it’s a reasonable price if the art is good.

Well, my art isn’t good so I’m mostly doing requests and whatever crap I think of. I know what it’s like to draw for free :D
