Put the original image of Pinkie standing in front of the mirror in Photoshop, used color picker (the eyedropper) tool to copy the color of the mirror’s glass and colored over Pinkie’s reflection. Then, I got a screencap of Minka, the monkey, in a sorta similar pose and erased everything else in that image. Placed Minka there, drew a layer of mirror-color at low opacity over it to make it look like glass.
Not especially complicated, but that’s all this joke deserved. I might have done it with a mouse, which I don’t recommend.
As for what I did with the background, I’ll explain once someone notices it.
