So learn? Not every recipe has to be some TV cooking show quality dish. Put some ground beef in a pan and toss it on the stove. Sloppy joe, tacos, burgers, whatever. Takes 30 minutes and you’ll have enough to eat for several meals, versus spending the same amount or more for one.

Basic cooking is an invaluable skill and there are thousands of easy/beginner recipes.
Asian food is easily the fastest, with most taking less than 30 mins to prepare and cook.
Most of Europe, except , is a close second with most of those coming in at under an hour.

There are frozen meals that are easy to reheat in a microwave or toaster oven. Or simple things that just involve boiling water on the stove or an electric kettle.

That’s the way to do it! Food is much less expensive at the grocery store than eating out or ordering delivery. Buy the food yourself and cook it at home to save money!
Besides covering what insurance companies charge the business owner, the secret reason for delivery fees is to keep carry-out prices where they are. If the delivery fees were lower or non-existent, menu prices would need to be higher.
Man, I one time I wanted to get a sandwich, but was feeling lazy and didn’t want to drive to the drive-thru. I put an order together on one of those delivery services, but when it came time to submit it, I saw that the fees totaled up to MORE than the cost of the actual order. I cancelled that immediately and had something else.

I can’t cook so I go out to buy food and carry it back home myself because I’m not a lazy bum.
I mean, this assumes I have the time and skill to cook.

It turns out that they will compete again over who can serve the best pizza for the customers.
