But what about the others? They look like downscaled vectors to me.

How can an artist magically know if some random internet uses their image? In this case, the same character and pose could have been vectored by multiple artists, especially if it’s from a screencap.
It definitely is the er’s job. See site rules 1 and 2.

I was talking about the artist of the composite piece, not the artist(s) of the sub-parts used to assemble it.
