And a cool additional fact is that they do it by forcing air out of their proboscus which is the long straw thing they have for mouths!
 
So for the regular moths its like they have a built in curled up party blower on there faces.
 
Maybe if they are really happy moth ponies extend their long tounges like party blowers coming out of the center of their mouths?
