The higher resolution dropped the explanatory text. Basically the joke is that the images are like those you got from 404’s and other dead links, therefore frustrating.
It probably would have helped if the explanations had been between s, or if there’d been more space between them and the s. They just sort of blended in the first time I looked.

Sad panda is really damn annoying when you have to clean out the stupid cookies.
Not a mistranslation.
The AJ picture is a reference to a stock image of a girl with a backpack that you normally see on fake web pages you normally land after a typo.
Therefore the “annoying” – since the panda pic is a 404 image for exhentai.
Can’t see picture, please explain.

There’s explainations along the left sides of those photos.
