After going back to the Tenchi Universe series literally last night, (and doing a new Tenchi crossover sketch >>846398 (merged)), I was thinking Kiyone would be more of a match for Octavia, although if we’re talking the main 6, this is pretty much spot on.
Mihoshi was always better compared to Derpy, being both pretty much a walking disaster area, although Mihoshi’s random character and tendency to burst in to tears does match her pretty well with Pinkie too.
Sasami is definitely a good match for Fluttershy. Coco Pommel would be another good comparison there too.
