@Ichijoe
Thanks for the heads up,
In my own mind I still think it’s all part of a corporate plan to “retire” past products and force the consumer to constantly upgrade. Seems this vulnerability has been around since explorer 6, and “certain people” found it just now?
Money friends, That’s all business is in this game for, your money.
I’ve had the same computer since 2004, I prefer XP because I’ve become so familiar with the operating system and knowing how to fix just about any situation that comes up. I prefer it from technical standpoint and I see no reason why I won’t be able to keep this same computer going till they replace these newer models with the next “Big Deal”

I just sounded like grandpa with his old pickup, refusing to trade it in for a sedan didn’t I? lol

Yeah I guess I probably also forgot about O2k as well :(
Both of them have Clippy.
I’m not sure if that was Office 97, or Office XP anymore.
wouldn’t obsoletion be the result of any improvement on an old product?
Weezer: Buddy Holly and,
Eddie Brickell: Good Times

Naghhh….. Everypony knows that Windows98SE was where it was at!
Operating System System.
another thing to add to the list of “things to say to annoy people”
same with most products imho. Planned Obsoletion.

Might be a good reason to Windows 7. If you System is decent enough to cope with XP SP3. Its more then capable of dealing with Windows 7 too…
