Maybe reptiles? Closest thing to a Snake that ever gave her problems was the Cockatrice, which… like is HALF snake. That and the Dragon.

For all the animals she had troubles with, Fluttershy had troubles with snakes the most in canon (mostly carnivores she had difficult times with, snakes are worst for her of all), so yeah…
