Well, my headcanon centers around Sombra being a lich with a phylactery. I don’t think he’s dead. Discord may know this, and since he can obviously not die (or at least that we know of) by conventional options, it may be quite clear to BOTH of them that attacking is rather useless.
sombra looks like he wants to rip fluttershy’s throat out with his teeth, also of course discord is the only one who has the balls to step in the personal space of one of the most vicious villains in the mlp series and pick them up, i mean what does he have to worry about he can solo pretty much anypony on the show by snapping his fingers.
