Anon had to be stiff like a statue, so the suit wouldn’t get tighter around him. There was no escape for Anon.
Twilight even casted on Rainbow Dash that no longer made her have to use the restroom and the suit would automatically stay clean and comfortable around Rainbow Dash, so Rainbow Dash never had to take the suit off anymore and she doesn’t want to anyway because of how much she’s enjoys being a Wonderbolt.

Anon just needs to accept his endless suffering on Rainbow Dash’s fat giant plot overpowering him.
