Just a few nitpicks:
Spike would probably be more neutral good.
The Chimera, in my opinion anyway, is probably closer to chaotic neutral–she’s mostly a predator, looking for a meal, but she’s not above messing with her prey a little either, nor is she above eating a sentient lifeform (like a pony).
And Gilda and the Diamond Dogs (before Gilda’s reformation, anyway) would fit better as neutral evil imo–the Diamond Dogs are just greedy while Gilda was a self-indulgent troublemaker.
And Iron Will seems like the lawful neutral type to me. He’s not really evil, he’s just doing his job and getting a little bit too into it. His worst crime is simply not realizing that his methods don’t really work for people like Fluttershy.

Man, I’ve been through this so many times. Iron Will may not have been a card-carrying villain per se, but he wasn’t the honest Abe that some people think. He upheld his guarantee because it would be downright fraudulent not to. People don’t deserve credit simply for avoiding getting into trouble with the law. He’s chaotic neutral at best. His obvious disregard for others could push him toward neutral evil with little effort.
A lot of characters would be put into Lawful/Neutral/Chaotic Good, since FiM is that kind of show.
Iron Will isn’t Lawful Evil, he’s Lawful Neutral; when Fluttershy demanded a refund, Iron Will gave it to her, since he did say that satisfaction was guaranteed or your money back. He may not have liked it, but a deal’s a deal.
Suri is definitely Evil, but Lawful is pushing it a bit. I’d say Neutral; she cares for no one and will do anything to get to the top of her field, even extortion (towards Coco) and theft (of Rarity’s designs). She has no rule or law or personal code she’s unwilling to break, it’s all fair game.
Tirek straddles the line between Chaotic and Neutral Evil; he was your classic “destroy everything, rule over the remains” type of villain.

First off, an addition: Starlight Glimmer is textbook Lawful Evil. She believes in one guiding principle, and has strict rules in place to make sure that her twisted vision of “equality” is not compromised. Everypony stays in step, nopony asks questions, those who lose their way or fail to see the light must be “re-educated.”
Second, Sunset Shimmer could get put in Neutral Good as of Rainbow Rocks. Would having her in two different places with two different pictures be a good way to portray her allignment shift or would it just confuse people?

Post-reformation, yes. Before, he actively delighted in the corruption of the Mane 6. He didn’t just turn their Elements against them, he made them hate themselves and their friends, and he enjoyed it.

She’s good right where she’s at, in this little chart. She didn’t disregard the rules, she was following the spirit of the training that Spitfire explicitly endorsed. And she didn’t set out to endanger anyone, she was just trying to take everything to the extreme, which again, Spitfire encouraged by rewarding her for it. Dust was a jerk, but she was also very poorly trained.
Well, she’s Chaotic something. She spits in the face of Wonderbolts rules and regulations, pretty much saying “They apply only to mere mortal pegasi”.
People are leaning towards Evil, though, since Lightning Dust shows signs of sociopathy (she didn’t give two craps about endangering the lives of others).
