After the first one had been born, something within you had changed. Although the more cynical side of you had nagged that her strange body had somehow corrupted or changed your body, you chose to believe the optimistic side of things: that it was the feeling of nurturing a life within your body, keeping it safe and warm and nourished until it was ready to brave the world on it’s own. The young little Octavia stuck to you like glue, always at your side as you went about your day. It seemed holding a solid shape was something that had to be learned; unlike the original Octavia who had easily ed for a regular pony in all the months you had known her, the little one was constantly fighting to hold herself together. Watching her little face light up with delight when she succeeded, and her little pouts whenever her tail or leg would begin to run was adorable, though your absolute favorite was sitting cross-legged while she napped on your lap, slowly melting as she did until she was nothing more than a grey puddle cupped in your legs that somehow still snored softly.
You had taken to staying at home to care for the young Octavia as the original Octavia ed the strange “family” the three of you had made. Being the rather well-known cellist that she was, it amazed you to no end how she had kept her identity as… whatever it was she was a secret. You wondered if even her band-mates knew about her. You asked her once why she revealed herself to you of all people, and she simply held you tight and kissed you on the cheek. Though it was a strange relationship, you loved her and she loved you. Thats all that mattered at this point.
Within a month the young Octavia had fully grown up into a full-grown adult, and before you knew it Octavia had done it to you again. This time you knew it was coming yet this time you didn’t resist. Before you knew it young Octavia had a sister, and it was happening again. Over and over, each time adding another Octavia to the home. Though it was weird at first, you soon got used to alien sensations that he experienced each time. The feeling of her body flowing down your throat, carefully probing around your windpipe to make it’s way to your stomach. The weight and movement of the warm heavy mass as it shifted about in your bloated belly. The strange feeling of listless fatigue as the lifeless mass within you took whatever it was it borrowed from your body to grow into a life of it’s own. The surge of thick fluid eagerly slithering up your throat as the new life was born into the world.
Now with a house of ten Octavias and one more due any day now, you couldn’t help but feel a twinge of worry: just how many more Octavias could this house possibly handle?

They’re identical biologically but they’re different based on their own individual experiences. Same nature, different nurture kind of thing :D

It could be that this is why background ponies appear to be in multiple places at once! There are a dozen Tavis all doing high society musical gigs and getting rich!
