Plus some episodes like “Pinkie Pride” shows Dashie is not above the snacking. If it wasn’t for all her exercise, she probably would be a plus-size pony.
I find it funny that RD is often drawn fat when she’s more than likely the skinniest or most muscular (from all the physical activity she does). Though if you look at her compared to Rarity or Twilight as an alicorn, you can see she has a bit of a belly. Then again, from the looks of it, most ponies draw like her have a bit of one too, like Pinkie and Fluttershy.

I’ve noticed the audience in Derpibooru has changed a lot since then. Before fat art would get mass downvoted but since then there’s been a lot more fat irers ing.
I can imagine some bronies are singing “I like big guts and I cannot lie! You other bronies can’t deny! And when a mare walks in with a tubby wubby face-” only to get cut off by anti-Rainbow Dash fans.
I’ll it, I’m kind of smitten with a chubby RD if only because I myself am a pretty big guy.

Funny thing is, there’s ALOT of people like that on DeviantArt, and such. So it’s not that surprising.

Well, I’m pretty skinny IRL, but I it I find some chubby gals adorable.
(I even drew a chubby anthro’ Dashie, I’m a li’l embarrassed to it. Seeing how it got downvoted to hell. lol)
