Yeah, literal translation would be “Shadowmane” of course, but since she called Shadowmere in the original games, I think that translating it as such was more appropriate. Using literal translation instead of original name would just confuse the reader unnecessarily in this case.

Well, it actually reads Shadowmane not Shadowmere, cause in Russian version of Oblivion and Skyrim the name was changed to make it sound better.
