I could tell from the beginning that this episode would deal with themes of loss, it was heavy.

In all fairness it was only partially her fault – the room full of lightning bolts was probably about to go off on its own without her there.
 
So between RD, whoever stacked the lightning bolts, the security guards who were off playing Nethack with whoever else was supposed to be manning that room, and the management for reasons that shan’t be elaborated upon, there probably aren’t a lot of questions that anyone’s willing to ask.
