So, the pairing of Sweetie Belle and Button Mash is based literally on a single frame in ‘Hearts And Hooves’ - then one popular fan-artist used this pairing in his comic, and boom - a widely accepted fanon. And that’s exactly why I made this comic - to do the opposite just for laughs - I’m not bound by any fan-theories. I might’ve been a bit harsh here for Button, but it didn’t help I just don’t like him as a character. I’ve had this comic in mind for a long, long time and recent PMV featuring this two kinda accelerated the creation of this comic., Sweetie Belle considered him ‘too young’ :P

Sighs, I still feel he could have done his joke without exaggerating the situation or being so mean spirited. If he would have been more thoughtful about his joke there wouldn’t have been so many upset by it.

Well, stereotypes and insults are my least liked types of humor. That, and I happen to like both Button Mash and gaming so this comic becomes negative quite quickly.
Of course I am taking this seriously, the author made a low blow creating this.
Oh, and this can be considered insulting to gamers even greatly stereotypical.
The Author is pretty much stating that if you are a gamer you will grow up to be an overweight, unemployed neckbeard living in parents basement with no understanding of personal hygiene who eats tons of junk food. That least, that is the stereotype that he using.
Smiles, I will continue to like animation, stories, and comics that either or are neutral about the ship… and those creations that keep the characters better IC.
