Mithril can be a gas too, assuming sufficient heat is applied. It’s bound to reach a boiling point eventually. It can be gaseous at room temperature for all we know. That’s the best part of imaginary materials, you can give it whatever properties you want.

most cheese, especial old and hard cheese is mostly lactose free, soft and young cheese like Camembert contains significant amount but it is still less than milk.
