I just really have to comment again how gorgeous this is. I’ve liked Pinkie, but this makes me love Pinkie. You can see the happiness, and sweetness in her eyes and, quite frankly, it makes her VERY attractive. Simply amazing work.

Well, in the show, her hair did only deflate when she was depressed. When she tried to straighten it while happy, it immediately boinged back to its usual floofiness. At the source the artist explained that he used this style because her usual style is very hard for him, to the point that he seldom if ever draws her at all.

Agreed. Too bad it’s always associated with her supposed insane/depressed side. What a load.
