As for the second part, you can kinda tell if you’re into it, because you’re more keen to pick up on the facets of it that make the fetish work. For example, if it were thin cloth, it wouldn’t be, but the thick plush feel of it, and other subtle details, really make it apparent to someone with the right eye for it. I could tell immediately that the artist was going to be like that :p

It’d be clearly fetishistic if she was older, but… this is a baby Scoots being ridiculously adorable and nothing more. (If you look at the source you can tell what the artist is into, but… I’ve always felt that if you have to do that, that makes the picture at hand definitely not an example of it.)

Carrote(the artist) has always had a great art style. I would reccomend seeing what else they have drawn if you like it here.
