The main use of the fairy type was basically to be super-effective against the usually-OP Dragon-Type. The focus ended up being on retconning old Pokemon, rather than making a multitude of new fairy-types. In of what qualifies as a “Fairy”, there’s not too much ground to go on: Cutesy, with the literal interpretation of a fairy (noun) in mind. So basically, dream-like, mystical, etc.
When you pile several of THOSE together, they look more like they belong in Generation 1 of MLP.

Yep. That’s the one. Gym Leader and Trainer Cards have these Pokemon, you just need to swap out Pokemon and moves to what you see fit.
… unless there’s a card editor-program I don’t know about…
Well, that answers your question, then, doesn’t it? It’s not your team.
I think the main question here is ‘Who uses a Slurpuff holding the item that you use to evolve it?’
