Because they’re tagged to literally any image where a character has breasts instead of actually large breasts, which indicates a low maturity level when people say OH LOOK BOOBIES and have to tag every single one as something non-necessary.

Actually, the reason for no Luna here is because JJ drew this long before “Luna Eclipsed” came out, and JJ’s policy was no Luna humanizations until she got a canon personality. It’s no coincidence that less than a week after that episode aired, he finally drew a human Luna.
