Well there is (Z has one of the most permanent deaths in the series with 16, and many of the Z-Fighters up to that point wouldn’t have been resurrected had they died, since they had already died before), and you could argue there wasn’t in Dragon Ball either up until King Piccolo blowing up Shenron.
