Fair enough, I just wonder why we can’t try and move forward, even just a little bit. Y’know, have fashions and trends that are distinctly 2020’s, and not just a repeat of the late 80’s-early 90’s.

Well, a few years ago, the 80s were being brought back everywhere. And now that we’re in the 2020s, they’re bringing back the 90s. Some sort of 30 year anniversary that seems to be held every ten years. Been going on for some decades, like the 80s kept bringing back the 50s, or the 70s bringing back the 40s.
