Fun fact. The 8th Doctor’s first outfits were base on those worn by Wild Bill. The ones he wore before the dark-blue peacoat form Dark Eyes, and the Night of the Doctor outfit.
It rock if Rainbow dress in an outfit similar to the 1st and 2nd…. the frockcoat from the 1st with the waistcoat, tros, and ascot tie of the Night one as well as a bandoleir and gaiters as the war one, and also scarves simialr to the 7th one.

There’s a good chance that’s it - the look is too close, and while I can’t find evidence that Price worked on them, Gen13 feels like something he would have fit into the work (assuming it is his addition).

Since the ‘surname’ is Hooves, that proves her first name is Derpy. It’s a shame they cannot say it in full, but it might change… I hope.
