Two things.  
Firstly, I am going to assume that that “fall” was supposed to be either “will” or “shall”.  
Secondly, is this supposed to be an adult version of Babs, or the little filly that she is in canon, or can it be either-or?  
If Babs is an adult, I would gladly have a polyamorous relationship with the two of them, if they were both open to the idea.  
But if Babs is still a little filly, then I’d tell her she had to wait, and then have a happy, monogamous relationship with Fluttershy.
