if a mare sits on the table while gentlecolts playing snooker, true genltecolt never gives a fuck but coldly sends a ball into new pocket. She deserves it.
@Millennial Dan
True enough. The dumb boyfriend is quickly becoming an overused trope too.
… But then again I didn’t say that would make him a desirable boyfriend (though arguably a realistic one) or a good pairing. Just that it would make them a character. (Not necessarily a good one, but a character none the less.
@rylasasin
A dumb boyfriend/main male character is even more common than a simple nice guy, and honestly I’ve come to find that kind of male lead downright repugnant.
@MonkeyDzyrax
I dunno about best pony, but he’d have a discernable personality and flaws at the very least. He’d be a character if nothing else, and not just a clone of every single bad self insert pair-with-main-6 OC this fandom has ever had the misfortune of witnessing.
… But nope. This would ruin the perfect prince charming cliche that attracts 12 yo twi-tard fangirls. Can’t have that.
Flash pics are everywhere on this site. So it’s hard not to notice him (and no, don’t give me that filters nonsense.)
It’s not so much Flash himself that I hate (don’t get me wrong, I do hate that little wanker, but not as much as I let on. In reality he’s little more than a glorified background pony thrown in for the sake of fulfilling a cliche in a movie that’s already swimming in cliches.) It’s the undeserved attention he gets from the fandom that I can’t stand. It’s Flash’s irritating fanboys and fangirls that somehow think he’s the best thing since Edward Cullen (and anyone who thinks that guy is good needs their brains checked by the way) or that shitty puns and flashface memes are the funniest and most clever thing since monty python that I really hate.
I mean that was what he was going to be in the first place. (Yeah that whole “Flash Sentry was supposed to be human Shining Armor until hasbro decided we need love interest so separate character” conspiracy theory.)

I second that notion.
For a guy who hates Flash so much, you sure spend a lot of time commenting on images that feature him.
You mean he isn’t already?

It’s just Sentry…
That’s legit.
It’s just as I thought; what you guys want in a character is totally whack.
Eeyuuup…
