The safe haven picture was done specially for that model by one of the regular art guys on a thread on 4chan. There was a far worse picture on that originally.

When a vehicle is wrecked in-game, we flip it over so troops can use the wreck for cover.
I had the idea of putting crying/upset pictures of the ponies on the undersides as a bit of a joke, although it also means another excuse to paint ponies on the models.
