There’s one major flaw in your argument: Wile E Coyote never died or showed massive quantities of blood, bone, and guts. Your examples run on cartoon physics, where people can’t be permanently harmed unless the plot calls for it, and even then it’s quite mild.
The fluffyverse, however, has very realistic injuries. It’s like comparing apples to oranges. No, scratch that, it’s like comparing apples to automobiles. It’s not even remotely the same thing.
@Darkmoon
Schadenfreude = enjoyment … from SEEING or HEARING about the troubles of other people
Sadism = enjoyment … from BEING violent or cruel or from CAUSING pain
That’s one difference. Also Sadism is much more ‘extrem’ than Schadenfreude.
the Coyote and the Roadrunner? The Coyote makes a trap that backfires and somehow ends up hurting himself. Children laugh when watching the show, but that doesn’t mean they are sadistic. Or the Piano in that one Episode of MLP that falls on Twilights head. Or when someone sees a person slip and laughs for a second. That’s Schadenfreude. The fact that the trouble of other people can be funny in itself (to an limited extent of course).
@Darkmoon
I certainly don’t and never said so. But I am somewhat able to speak my language and there is still a major difference between those words.
Please look up the dictionary definition before telling me about my language.

Really? You wouldn’t say someone who enjoys misfortune is a sadist?
That’s correct. As you can see, they are not the same.
scha·den·freu·de noun, often capitalized \ˈshä-dən-ˌfrȯi-də\
sa·dism noun \ˈsā-ˌdi-zəm, ˈsa-\

“I’m German” I get tired of people saying they know every last thing about their country.
Schadenfreude and sadism are completely different words.
Source: I’m German.
Schadenfreude is the German word for sadism.
They’re fictional MLP merchandise that is alive in the future.
People like to portray them in situations that inspire schadenfreude.
