BMI is a ratio between height and weight. That’s it. There are several implication of this. One, people with large muscles and low bodyfat percentage can be categorized as obese. People with an unhealthy small amount of muscle, ie not very much at all, but a higher body fat percentage can be categorized as healthy. What’s dangerous about this group of people is that they can look relativity normal. Skinny does not mean healthy.
BMI should never be considered an actual means of assessing your physical fitness.
In the context of the game, you could argue that due to having an obese BMI, you’d be bodybuilder level of muscle. I won’t go into detail about muscle fibres and why having bodybuilder weight wouldn’t fit an assassin character however. They’d need the more explosive fibres.
